PAYMENT TERMS: First orders for stock merchandise are Proforma or Visa/MasterCard. First orders for custom are Proforma or Visa/MasterCard . Exceptions: Hospital Gift Shops can start at Net 30 if necessary. Re-orders: net 30 on approved credit. WE NO NOT SHIP COD
OTHER TERMS: Prices are subject to change without notice, please call for current pricing. Accounts past due will be charged 2% late fee per month. Out of stock items will automatically be backordered unless otherwise specified on your order. Standard shipping is FED EX GROUND. For prepaid orders, please include 10% shipping cost (any overages or underage will be credited or billed to you). Shortage and/or freight damage claims but be made within 5 days of receipt. The box must be saved for inspection by FED EX. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Custom merchandise, once approved, cannot be returned

Cancellation: Once you approve your artwork, your order cannot be canceled or returned, no exceptions. For first orders, with custom labels, you will receive a proof of your artwork. Once you approve the label, your order will be processed. Please check the spelling and design carefully, as the custom products cannot be returned.
FRAGRANCES: All lines come in a specific scent designed to match the label and packaging. If you want to change the scent, you must specify it on every order. Alternate scents are not available on foot products and lip balms.
SENDING ART: If you want to send your logo or business card with your order, make sure it is a clear copy and that you have the right to use the artwork. Please do not staple it to the order. All custom art needs to be approved by you, please include your email or fax number.
SHIPPING PROCEDURES: 1. New orders which are stock or are custom reorders are shipped within 7-9 business days. First time custom order customers (once we have your art or your concept) will receive a proof of your art within 7-9 days. Once approved, order will ship within 7-9 days after the receipt of the signed approval.
